How do I determine if my divorce is final?
I want to be certain that all necessary documents have been filed to make my Pennsylvania divorce final. Anyone know what I should check to determine this. My ex had his attorney handle all the paper work and I want to make sure that he isn’t keeping any info from me. It’s a no fault divorce, so I don’t know. What do I need to look for and where? Any help is appreciated.

If he has not provided you with the paperwork, then you can call the county clerks office and ask for a copy of your finalized divorce decree.
