Quuestion about revocation of wills in English law?
Example: If a person marries and the latest will is revoked, who will inherit his fortune? Will it be according to the second latest will or will the rules of inestacy apply?

I suspect that if the latest will is revoked then the court will intervene. A judge will have to carefully examine both wills and get statements from anyone who has or requests ‘standing’ in his delierations. That could be beneficiaries, former lawyers, friends who knew the deceased well, etc. The rules of inestacy (?) are not written in stone, but can be interpreted in conjunction with any other information. The judge will make a final legal ruling. Hope this helps.
