Traffic court in Georgia…best plea…?

I was wondering if someone could tell me if I were to go to traffic court and enter a plea of "no contest" or "no low", would it be better than paying off the fine of 5.00 before court?

This involves a minor fender bender no injury’s , and a 100% no moving violations on my report.

I’m in Georgia, and have no clue as to the best way to go here.

I was shocked as to the fine imposed on me for "failure to yield" Pay now 5.00 or go to traffic court. When I asked if I could enter the above plea’s…Sorry sir, we cannot advise you, contact the solicitor of court on court day.

So now, if I’m not allowed to plea, I pay the fine plus court cost. Is this a scam or what?

I knew I should have studied law…at any rate "thanks to all who
try" to help me …

  1. Hot, hot mama! Says:

With that plea, you will still pay and be considered guilty anyway.
Yo may also have additional court costs added on for wasting the court’s time.
