Where can I find the Washington State Laws on WILLS?
I need to find the website for Washington State, the laws on Wills. I need to know how long someone has to claim their share of my grandmas will. We tried to contact my uncle numerous times and no response. I has been over 3 years and still no contact. What happens to his portion of the inheritance if he hasnt claimed it? Isnt there a certain time limit that he has?
