Why are people paid compensation for being on a bus that's involved in crash?
No hundreds of people who have been on a bus when, say, a car has clipped it slightly. They go the doctors, complain of back injury, go the solicitors, and couple of months later they get a few thousands pounds. I know some people whop deliberately stage crashes and make a living of compensation claims. What I want to know is, it is so blatant that half these claims aren’t real so why is it allowed to go on? Also, what exactly are these people being paid for? And how is the amount calculated?
